Here are the frequently asked questions we hear about our PC Protect Services.
We normally put a time of up to 60 minutes, two hours, four hours and next business day when we are working out the service coverage with our clients.
We do not have a help desk per se, but we have several ways to create a ticket and we will acknowledge your issue and work on it as soon as possible. If you are a PC Protect client you will get on the repair docket quicker.
We have partnered with a vendor called Syncro MSP and their agent is completely HIPAA compliant.
We do charge a fee, This fee will include the addition of your equipment to our systems, all equipment gets scanned for malware and up to a baseline so that we are working with equipment that is to our expectations for coverage.
